Every week, hundreds of families turn to Shepherd’s Pantry for food, resources, and support. Whether it’s a first-time visitor or a long-time client, we want every person who comes through our doors to feel safe, cared for, and respected. That welcoming experience doesn’t happen by accident; it’s made possible by volunteers who help guide the flow of people and traffic with compassion and calm. That’s where you come in.
We’re currently seeking dependable and friendly volunteers to support our security and traffic operations at our Irwindale and Glendora locations. These roles are vital in helping us maintain a peaceful and respectful environment, direct vehicle and foot traffic safely and efficiently, and assist clients as they arrive and leave the site.
Volunteer Shifts Available:
Tuesdays (Irwindale): 3:30 PM – 7:00 PM
Wednesdays & Thursdays (Glendora): 4:30 PM – 7:00 PM
We ask volunteers to have experience in traffic or security; however, training can be provided. Join us in creating a safe, smooth, and supportive experience for everyone at Shepherd’s Pantry.
