Shepherd’s Pantry invites you to celebrate National Underwear Day by giving back to our community in a meaningful way. We are collecting new underwear, socks, bras, and feminine hygiene products. These essential items are often overlooked in donation drives but are urgently needed. They are distributed free of charge to our clients every week to help support families in need.
Socks are particularly in high demand, especially among clients experiencing homelessness. They wear out quickly, are vital for foot health, and are rarely donated, especially during warmer months.
Unlike clothing or canned goods, these items must be donated new, so we depend entirely on generous community support to keep them stocked. As a result, they are often in short supply. To help your community and Shepherd’s Pantry, consider picking up an extra pack of underwear, socks, or other undergarments the next time you’re shopping.
