Attention, all middle school, high school, and college students! Summer is here! And you can use your break to help your community and gain skills you can use for rest of your life. We have opportunities available Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm and Tuesday through Thursday from 4:30 pm to 7:00 pm, which include roles such as Food Sorters, Office Assistants, Distribution Volunteers, Translators, Receptionists, Clothing Sorters, Traffic Guards, and Data Entrants. Here you can learn skills used in customer service, retail, corporate offices, analytical jobs, and so many more. Not only can you learn these skills, but volunteering for a summer is an excellent way to start building your resume. Plus, meet other volunteers from diverse career and educational backgrounds! So volunteer with Shepherd’s Pantry today, get a head start on your future, and give back to your community!
Anyone interested in volunteering who is under the age of 18 must obtain the consent of their guardian. Anyone under the age of fourteen must have a guardian volunteering with them at all times.
If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact Julie Chew at jchew@shepherdspantry.com or Steven Lwe at slwe@shepherdspantry.com for more information.
