- On time for your appointment and no more than 15 minutes early. Clients who arrive earlier will be asked to leave.
- With your ID in hand.
- Without your children as we want the toys you select to be a surprise. Children will not be allowed in the shopping area unless they are infants and carried by the parent.
You will be receiving a reminder email 24 hours prior to your appointment.
