Welcome clients as they enter the facility; instruct clients regarding paperwork requirements; maintain client files. Our client admissions volunteers are the first contact clients have with Shepherd’s Pantry so it is important to have a warm and welcoming personality.

Food Handlers

On a weekly basis, assemble family food boxes and grocery bags for distribution; restock food shelves; help load/unload food truck. During the hours we are open to the public, fill client food orders and transport to their vehicle. Food handlers meet at the Pantry Monday and Tuesday mornings from 8:00 am to 11:00 am to assemble family food boxes and grocery bags for the week.
